With over seven years of experience in recruitment and executive search, Dulce has supported private equity firms, venture capital funds, and development finance institutions, primarily across Europe, in building skilled, mission-aligned teams across their organizations. She is deeply passionate about social justice, equality, and the role of human integrity in sustainability, and is dedicated to aligning talented individuals with opportunities that create meaningful impact. Born and raised in Honduras, Dulce holds degrees in business and project management.

Olivier brings over eight years of experience as an entrepreneur and board member in the sustainable development space in Europe. He has firsthand insight into the challenges of scaling purpose-driven businesses, from navigating supply chain complexities to securing investment, and understands what it takes to build resilient, high-impact teams. With a background spanning multiple sectors, he offers a holistic perspective on sustainability, innovation, and growth. This enables him to identify leaders who not only bring the right skills but are also deeply committed to meaningful and lasting change. Originally from Bolivia, Olivier holds degrees in food and agricultural engineering, complemented by an MBA.
